Vernonia angustifolia Michaux var. mohrii S.B. Jones. Common name: Florida Sandhill Ironweed, Florida Slender Ironweed. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills. Distribution: Sw. GA and Panhandle FL south to c. peninsular FL and west to s. AL and s. MS.
