*Pyrostegia venusta (Ker Gawler) Miers. Common name: Flamevine, Flaming Trumpet, Orange Trumpetvine. Phenology: Jan-Apr. Habitat: Disturbed areas, spreading from horticultural use. Distribution: Native of South America.

Origin/Endemic status: South America

Synonymy : = Fl6, K4, WH3, WI, Krings & Braham (2004), Lohmann & Taylor (2014), Pool (2008); Bignonia venusta Ker Gawler. Basionym: Bignonia venusta Ker Gawl. 1818
