Catopsis floribunda L.B. Smith. Common name: Many-flowered Strap-airplant, Florida Strap-airplant. Phenology: Apr-Aug. Habitat: Epiphytic on trees in tropical hammocks. Distribution: S. peninsular FL; West Indies; Mexico (OAX, TAB, VER, YUC), Central America, and South America.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = Bah, FNA22, K4, WH3. Basionym: Catopsis floribunda Lor.B.Sm. 1937
