Chrysopsis scabrella Torrey & A. Gray. Phenology: Aug-Nov (-Apr). Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills, Florida scrub, disturbed sandy soils. Distribution: Florida peninsula; also disjunct at scattered sites in the Carolinas, where uncertainly native.
