*Clerodendrum bungei Steudel var. bungei . Subgenus: Clerodendrum. Section: Densiflora. Common name: Rose Glorybower, Kashmir-bouquet, Brocamelia. Phenology: Aug-Sep. Habitat: Roadsides and suburban woodlands, spread from horticultural use. Distribution: Native of e. Asia. First reported from South Carolina by Hill & Horn (1997); also reported for our area by W. Duncan (pers. comm.).

Origin/Endemic status: E. and se. Asia

Synonymy : = POWO; = n/a — RAB; < Clerodendrum bungei Steud. — Fl6, K4, Meso4.2, Tx, WH3. Basionym: Clerodendrum bungei Steud. 1840
