*Cosmos sulphureus Cavanilles. Common name: Orange Cosmos. Phenology: Aug-Nov. Habitat: Garden edges, roadsides, disturbed areas; commonly cultivated horticulturally, rarely escaped. Distribution: Native of tropical America.
