Eustachys petraea (Swartz) Desvaux. Common name: Dune Finger-grass. Phenology: (Sep-) Jun-Oct. Habitat: Dune slacks and sand flats, also in disturbed areas (especially southward). Distribution: NC (Dare County) south to s. FL and west to TX; Mexico to Panama; West Indies.
