Distribution: FL peninsula (Volusia County on the east coast and Collier County on the west coast southwards); West Indies; ne. Mexico southwards (CAM, CHP, COL, GTO, HGO, JAL, MIC, OAX, QRO, SLP, ROO, TAM, VER), Central America.
