Galactia pinetorum Small. Common name: Pineland Milkpea. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Pine rocklands. Distribution: Endemic to s. FL (Brevard, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties).
ID notes: "Galactia pinetorum is distinctive in its procumbent (non-twining) stems usually with retrorse hairs, very narrow leaflets with raised venation, and relatively large flowers" (Nesom 2015).
