Glandularia canadensis (Linnaeus) Nuttall. Common name: Rose Vervain, Rose Verbena, Creeping Vervain. Phenology: Mar-May. Habitat: Roadsides, longleaf pine sandhills, calcareous glades, rocky prairies, other dry sandy or rocky soils. Distribution: IL and CO, south to FL, TX, and NM; introduced elsewhere.
