Heterosavia bahamensis (Britton) Petra Hoffman. Common name: Bahama Maidenbush. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Rockland hammocks. Distribution: S. FL (keys of Monroe County); West Indies (Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Swan Islands of Honduras).

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = Fl2, FNA12, K4, WH3, Hoffmann (2008); = Savia bahamensis Britton — Bah, S. Basionym: Savia bahamensis Britton 1904
