plant sale text: Roundpod St. Johnswort generally grows as a single stem with deep green, linear leaves whose edges fold inwards. In early summer the numerous bright yellow flowers appear at the top each stem. The individual flowers are born upon distinctive stalks and are about 1/3in diameter. Roundpod St. Johnswort prefers moist to wet soils, but can grow in drier settings if given a little shade extra water during periods of extreme drought. The genus Hypericum supports up to 20 species of lepidoptera.
