Taxonomy Comments: Baldini (2025) declined to recognize any infrataxa, stating "The morphological polymorphism exhibited by this species has probably led to the high number of synonyms. Direct examination of the types states its gradual variation difficult to be expressed taxonomically either at species or infraspecific level."
