Licaria triandra (Swartz) Kostermans. Common name: Gulf Triandra, Pepperleaf Sweetwood. Phenology: Mar-Jun. Habitat: Rockland hammocks. Distribution: S. peninsular FL; West Indies; Central and South America. Almost extirpated in our region; one of the rarest trees in s. Florida (K. Bradley, pers.comm., 2020).
