*Lumnitzera racemosa Willdenow. Common name: Tonga Mangrove. Habitat: Tidal swamps, mangroves. Distribution: Native of tropical Africa, Asia, Australia, and sw. Asian Islands.

ID notes: Distinguished from Laguncularia by the presence of apical or marginal abaxial leaf domatia (vs. Laguncularia, which has leaf domatia in abaxial leaf vein axils).

Origin/Endemic status: Paleotropics

Synonymy : = Fl4, FNA10, K4. Basionym: Lumnitzera racemosa Willd. 1803
