Paronychia rugelii (Chapman) Shuttleworth ex Chapman. Common name: Sand-squares, Rugel's Nailwort. Phenology: Jul-Oct. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills, pine flatwoods. Distribution: S. GA and se. AL south to c. peninsular FL.
