Salvia farinacea Bentham. Common name: Mealy-cup Sage. Phenology: Apr-Jul (-Nov). Habitat: Limestone prairies and rock outcrops, eastwards in disturbed areas. Distribution: N. LA, OK, and NM south to s. TX and ne. Mexico (COA, NLE); eastwards adventive in Alachua and Marion counties, FL.
