*Saribus rotundifolius (Lamarck) Blume. Common name: Footstool Palm. Phenology: Apr-Jul. Habitat: Disturbed hammocks, suburban woodlands, also persistent from cultivation. Distribution: Native of Malaysia.

Origin/Endemic status: E. and se. Asia

Synonymy : Corypha rotundifolia Lam. = Livistona rotundifolia (Lam.) Mart. — FNA22, K4, WH3, Zona (1997). Basionym: Corypha rotundifolia Lam. 1786
