Senega mariana (P. Miller) J.F.B. Pastore & J.R. Abbott. Subgenus: Senega. Section: Sanguineae. Common name: Maryland Milkwort. Phenology: Jun-Oct. Habitat: Bogs, pine savannas, other open wet habitats. Distribution: S. NJ south to c. peninsular FL, west to TX; disjunct inland in sw. TN (Chester, Wofford, & Kral 1997).
