*Desmodium incanum (Swartz) A.P. de Candolle. Zarzabacoa Tick-trefoil, Zarzabacoa común. Phen: (Jan-) Mar-Oct (-Dec). Hab: Lawns, disturbed areas; presumably introduced or adventive from tropical America. Dist: A pantropical weedy species. Becoming common in s. AL (Dauphin Island (Barger et al. 2012).

Origin/Endemic status: Neotropics
