*Dichanthium aristatum (Poiret) C.E. Hubbard. Common name: Angleton's Bluestem. Phenology: Nov-Apr. Habitat: Lawns, roadsides, other disturbed areas. Sometimes used as a lawn grass. Distribution: Native of s. and se. Asia. Naturalized in TX, LA, and TX.
