Drypetes lateriflora (Swartz) Krug & Urban. Common name: Guiana-plum. Phenology: Feb-May; Mar-Jul. Habitat: Maritime hammocks, mesic hammocks, rockland hammocks. Distribution: S. and ec. FL peninsula; West Indies; n. and e. Mexico and Central America.
