Euploca polyphylla (Lehmann) J.I.M. Melo & Semir. Pineland Heliotrope. Phen: (Feb-) Mar-Jun. Hab: Pine flatwoods, pond margins, shell mounds. Dist: FL; West Indies; n. South America.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: Plants on the west coast of FL have white corollas; those on the east coast have yellow corollas (E.L. Bridges, pers. comm., 2016). Small's Heliotropium horizontale warrants recognition.
