Rhynchospora punctata Elliott. Pineland Beaksedge. Hab: Wet pine savannas, pitcherplant bogs. Dist: S. GA south to ne. FL.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Other Comments: This is a very rare species of Rhynchospora punctata known from a small number of collections in s. GA and ne. FL (where it is historical). The only collections from the past 20 years are from Coffee County, GA.

Synonymy : = FNA23, GW1, K1, K3, K4, WH3, Gale (1944), McMillan (2007); = Rynchospora punctata – S, S13
