Carex glaucodea Tuckerman ex Olney. Section: [26ee] Section 22 Griseae. Blue Sedge. Phen: May-Jun. Hab: Prairies, upland woodlands, especially in hardpan situations with alternating wet and dry conditions. Dist: MA and ON west to s. IN and MO, south to NC, sc. TN, and AR.
