Cyperus filiculmis Vahl. Southeastern Flatsedge. Phen: Jul-Oct. Hab: Longleaf pine sandhills, other sandy or rocky woodlands, forests, and fields. Dist: DE and MD south to s. peninsular FL, west to e. TX. Reported as new for DE (Longbottom, Naczi, & Knapp 2016).

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Synonymy: = C, ETx1, FNA23, RAB, Tat, Tx, Va, WH3; < Cyperus lupulinus (Spreng.) Marcks, sometimes misapplied; < Cyperus lupulinus (Spreng.) Marcks ssp. lupulinus – K1, K3, K4
