Fimbristylis vahlii (Lamarck) Link. Phen: Jul. Hab: Mudflats along rivers or reservoirs, also in sandy disturbed areas. Dist: Primarily from MO south to MS and e. TX, but with scattered outliers as far away as NJ, NC, SC, IL, and KS; also in western United States, Mexico (COA, TAB, TAM, VER), Central America.
