Rhynchospora caduca Elliott. Angle-stem Beaksedge. Phen: Apr-Sep. Hab: Tidal swamps, pine savannas and flatwoods, hardwood swamps, interdune ponds, acidic meadows and seeps, other wet areas. Dist: E. and c. VA south to s. FL and west to TX, OK, and AR, north in the interior to sc. TN. This species is found at a few sites in the mountains of GA.
