Aristida patula Chapman ex Nash. Tall Three-awn. Phen: Jun-Nov. Hab: Dry to moist sandy soils of pond margins, pine flatwoods, other pinelands, dunes, pastures. Dist: Endemic to FL Panhandle (Dixie, Franklin, Gadsden, Leon, Taylor, and Wakulla counties) (Wunderlin & Hansen 2006) and peninsula.
