Dichanthelium columbianum (Lamson-Scribner) Freckmann. American Witchgrass. Phen: Jun-Oct. Hab: Dry to moist thin woods and open ground, usually in sandy soil. Dist: S. ME, s. ON, and WI south to GA, TN, and IL.
