Leersia lenticularis Michaux. Common name: Catchfly Cutgrass, Oatmeal Grass. Phenology: Jul-Nov. Habitat: Brownwater and blackwater floodplain forests and swamps, rarely in depression swamps and ponds. Distribution: Se. VA south to ne. FL and Panhandle FL, west to e. TX, north in the interior to IN and MN.
