Anemone minima A.P. de Candolle. Section: Anemone. Subsection: Anemonanthea. Tiny Anemone. Phen: Mar-May. Hab: Acidic forests, acid moist areas, such as under Alnus serrulata along small streams. Dist: A Southern Appalachian endemic: VA and WV south to NC and TN.
