*Senna septemtrionalis (Viviani) Irwin & Barneby. Hab: Disturbed areas. Dist: Native of the tropics, probably originally from tropical America, perhaps not truly established, though Isely (1990) states that "the weedy nature of this species suggests that it is almost certainly somewhat established."

Synonymy: = K1, K4, SE3, Irwin & Barneby (1982), Isely (1998); = Cassia laevigata Willd. – Tx, Isely (1975); = n/a – FNA11.1, RAB; = Senna septentrionalis – K3, orthographic variant
