Height: 6-8 in.

plant sale text: Lobed barren-strawberry, is a low-growing, evergreen to semi-evergreen, mat-forming perennial of the rose family that typically grows in a clump of basal leaves to 6-8" tall, but will slowly spread over time by short rhizomes to form a dense ground cover. The leaves turn a brilliant burgundy red color in the fall and winter. Each spring the burgundy red leaves are replaced with fresh leaf growth. The 5 petaled yellow flowers can be 1.5" wide with numerous stamen.
