*Bischofia javanica Blume. Common name: Javanese Bishopwood. Phenology: Feb-Apr; Jul-Nov. Habitat: Hammocks, marl prairies, Florida scrub, shell mounds, floodplain forests, pine rocklands, coastal strands, and disturbed uplands. Distribution: Native of e. and se. Asia. The report from SC (Kartesz 2020) is an unlikely waif.
