Senna species 1 . Nash’s Coffee Senna. Phen: Aug-Oct. Hab: Swamps. Dist: Apparently endemic to c. peninsular FL.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Taxonomy Comments: Ditremexa nashii (see synonymy) of peninsular FL warrants additional study; it seems dubiously combinable with Senna marilandica, based on morphology (such as the narrower and more acuminate leaflets) and biogeography.

Synonymy: = Ditremexa nashii Britton & Rose – S; < Cassia marilandica L. – Isely (1975), Robertson & Lee (1976); < Senna marilandica (L.) Link – Fl3, FNA11.1, K1, K3, K4, SE3, WH3, Irwin & Barneby (1982), Isely (1998)
