Linum floridanum (Planchon) Trelease var. floridanum. Common name: Florida Yellow Flax. Phenology: Jun-Oct. Habitat: Wet pine savannas, sandhill seeps. Distribution: E. VA south to s. FL and west to LA and e. TX, essentially limited to the Coastal Plain; West Indies (Jamaica).
