HYPERICACEAE

Hypericum adpressum W.P.C. Barton. Bog St. John's-wort, Creeping St. John's-wort. Phen: Jul-Aug. Hab: Boggy depressions. Dist: E. MA south to sw. GA in the Coastal Plain; disjunct inland in e. WV (Greenbrier County), IN, IL, and sc. TN. Records from the Kentucky Coastal Plain (Ballard and McCracken counties) were based on misidentified specimens (T. Littlefield, pers.comm., 2021).
