Hypericum boreale (Britton) E.P. Bicknell. Dwarf St. John's-wort, Northern St. John's-wort. Phen: Jul-Sep. Hab: Sinkhole ponds in the Mountains, interdune ponds in the outer Coastal Plain, boggy places. Dist: NL (Newfoundland) and QC west to w. ON, south to VA, nw. NC (?), OH, IN, and n. IL.
