Cardamine angustata O.E. Schulz. Eastern Slender Toothwort. Phen: Mar-May; Apr-Jun. Hab: Rich, mesic forests. Dist: NJ and IN south to n. GA, c. TN, and ne. MS.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: Material sometimes considered merely disjunct in the Ouachita Mountains of AR, or named as a variety, var. ouachitana E.B. Smith, is apparently specifically distinct and not closely related (C.T. Witsell, pers. comm., 2013).
