Polygonum buxiforme Small. Small's Knotweed. Phen: Jun-Oct. Hab: Bottomlands, swamps, marshes, also disturbed areas, roadsides. Dist: NL (Newfoundland), NL (Labrador), NU, and NT, variously reported south to SC, AL, MS, LA, TX, and CA.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
