Stellaria alsine Grimm. Common name: Bog Stitchwort, Longstalk Starwort, Bog Chickweed, Bog Starwort. Phenology: Apr-May. Habitat: Seepages. Distribution: Circumboreal, in North America ranging south to DE, MD, w. NC, GA, FL, and LA (Rabeler & Thieret 1988). Possibly only introduced in parts at least of our area.
