not marked as a favorite taxon *Symphytum asperum Lepechin. Common name: Prickly Comfrey. Phenology: May-Jul. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of the Caucasus. This Eurasian species is reported by F as occurring south to MD; it may occur in our area.
