*Vincetoxicum nigrum (Linnaeus) Moench. Common name: Black Swallow-wort. Phenology: May-Aug. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Mediterranean Europe. Reported for many states in ne. United States, south to MD, KY, TN.
