Stylisma humistrata (Walter) Chapman. Southern Dawnflower. Phen: (May-) Jun-Aug (-Sep). Hab: Longleaf pine sandhills, dry hammocks, and other dry woodlands, especially on dryish stream terraces. Dist: Se. VA south to Panhandle FL, west to AR and e. TX, north in the interior to n. AL and w. TN.
