Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Other Comments: Under study by Tom Patrick, Tom Govus, and Susan Farmer. Also recently found in SC. Perhaps merely a form of T. simile.

Synonymy: = "Amicalola Trillium" – Patrick (2007); = n/a – RAB
