Utricularia foliosa Linnaeus. Flatstem Bladderwort. Phen: Aug. Hab: In deep water of natural lakes and ponds. Dist: Se. NC south to s. FL, west to TX (Brown & Marcus 1998); West Indies, South America, Africa. This species was reported for NC by Taylor (1989).
