Utricularia intermedia Hayne. Northern Bladderwort, Flat-leaved Bladderwort. Phen: Jul-Aug. Hab: Lakes, floating bog mats. Dist: Circumboreal, south in North America to se. PA (Rhoads & Klein 1993), DE (?), and MD, OH, IN, IL, IA, SD, CO, UT, and CA; the report from sc. GA (Jones & Coile 1988) is in error.
