Hab: Oligohaline tidal marshes, tidal swamps, maritime swamps, dune swales and ponds, other marshes, seasonally exposed shores of rivers, ditches. Dist: ON west to SD, south to Panhandle FL, AL, MS, LA, CA, and n. Mexico.
