Asemeia Rafinesque. Milkwort.

A genus of ca. 28 species, perennial herbs (sometimes suffrutescent), neotropical north to the se. United States.

ID notes:Asemeia grandiflora can be distinguished from our species of Senega by its large, suborbicular, pink or rose wings (5-7 mm long, almost or quite as wide as long, broadly rounded at the apex, vs. either < 5 mm long, or elliptical, or acuminate or cuspidate at the apex in Senega).
